Unix Lab announces the start of registration for the new course:
TOI2840 – Introduction to Hitachi Vantara Solutions for Big Data Analytics
The course provides an introduction to the theory of analytics, its concept, tools and methodology. Specialists will be trained in using Pentaho Business Analytics visualization tools, integrating data from various sources, extracting critical information using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI), and collecting and analyzing streaming data using Hitachi Streaming Data Platform (HSDP).
The course is useful for several categories of students – technical specialists, analytics solution vendors, as well as middle and senior managers.
The former can study an introduction to the theory of collecting and analyzing big data and form an overall picture of the accompanying architecture before diving deep into the technical aspects of implementing each of the components of the Big Data ecosystem. Further development of technical specialists may be related to the study of Hadoop storages and their integration with Pentaho and HSDP solutions.
The second category of listeners are those who sell the mentioned solutions. They need to understand the value of these products and be aware of their work at the highest level.
The latter are potential users of products and people who make purchasing decisions. This category, as part of the course, gets acquainted with the ideology of Big Data, examples of its application and the benefits that the latest data collection and analysis tools can bring to modern IT infrastructure.
The labs are simple and non-technical, making it easy to understand the power of analytics tools. All tasks are intuitive and pre-configured for the convenience of their implementation based on the level of preparation of any category of students.
